Candlelit Yin

 Complete with heated lavender eye pillows, essential oils, light touch Thai massage, relaxing music, and, of course, candlelight. This class will relax the mind, body, and soul. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. A perfect complement to more yang styles of exercise, Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm. Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities.This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and advanced alike. *** Pre-registration recommended, as class size is kept smaller than other studio offerings.***

Stretch + Restore

 Age, activity, and everyday life can lead to tightness in the body. This active stretching class targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time while focusing on the breath allows the body to fully relax and open. Class will close with an extra long Savasana for restoration and relaxation. Bolsters, straps, and blocks commonly used for support. Everyone can benefit from this class by finding relief from tightness or soreness in the body, while building flexibility.

Beginner’s Explore

Always wanted to begin the practice of yoga, yet not sure where to begin? This is the class for you.  Designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga, this class gives you the time and space to build knowledge and confidence. Class is slower paced than all-levels classes, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. This class also introduces effective uses for props and how to incorporate them in your practice. Whether you're new to yoga, have ventured away from the practice, or simply need to refine your current practice, all are welcome. Come learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

Sweet Serenbe Flow

Serene + Be= Serenbe. This All Levels class will guide you through a gentle flow sequence, inspired by the beauty of nature that surrounds us here in Serenbe. Class will start with breathe work, bringing you into the present moment, and calming the body and the mind. Class will close with a guided meditation that takes you into the most dreamy Savasana ever. Allow yourself to just be serene… fully present in your mind and body.

Gentle Yoga

This class is held at a slower pace, suitable for beginners, those with limitations, and experienced students. Primarily stretching coordinated with the breath, although some balance practice and strength building will be included. All done with a relaxed pace in a supportive environment. Especially beneficial for those looking to improve flexibility and release tension.

Heated Power Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous, challenging and creative flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind.   Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Room is heated to approximately 94 degrees. Complimentary sweat towels and cooling essential oil-infused towels provided.

Hot Power

This 75 minute class is vinyasa-based, which means you will flow between poses with short sequences of movements intended to keep heat and energy in your body. These optional movements are complimented by periodic resting poses allowing you to return your awareness to your breath. You can expect a focus on yogic breathing and optimal alignment in moderate to challenging poses. Room is heated to approximately 94 degrees. Complimentary sweat towels and cooling essential oil-infused towels provided.


Pilates + Yin Fusion

The first portion of the class will create heat in the body with mat pilates: a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and  feel increased agility in your every day movements. The last half of class will consist of a restorative yin practice,  which gently works the body’s connective tissues through a series of slow, deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine and lower back. 

Mat Pilates

This All Levels Mat Class is a movement re-education program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. Our instructor, Chiropractor Julie Lord, incorporates her vast knowledge of the body, and uses a holistic, safe approach in her teachings.


Compliment your yoga practice with a dose of HIIT! 45 minutes is all it takes. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) increases the heart rate in short bursts, allowing you to burn more calories, shred more fat, and increase your metabolism. Build strength in less time with this efficient workout. (shoes recommended)

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a beautiful blend of movement, breath, and play. Using an aerial hammock to support and assist traditional yoga poses, inversions, and aerial dance. We focus our classes on fundamentals of aerial yoga and together work our way up to more advanced poses. Our goal with each class is to find flow, comfort, and trust in your aerial hammock. With each class you will begin creating strength, flexibility, and balance to prepare for more advanced poses.

Aerial Yin Yoga

In this unique 90-minute class, explore releasing into the support of the aerial silk to promote full-body relaxation and rejuvenation. Ease tension in your body with gentle long-held poses while you are guided through meditation to relax your mind. Appropriate for all levels of students.
