Come relax on the farm while learning how to incorporate a little more inner peace into your daily life! This 2 day workshop is generally ideal for all ages and backgrounds. A nourishing and delicious lunch at The Farmhouse is included in the package. Workshops include some light walking (through labrynth), breathwork, and Yin yoga (beginner's and all levels friendly).Yin yoga incorporates light stretching and relaxation of the mind and body . This workshop teaches us mindful techniques to help ease the stressors of life.
