Get outside! Nature heals, my friends. The focus of this Adult Camp series is to encourage people to slow down and take notice of all the beauty Mother Nature has to offer. This 2 day workshop is ideal for people who have the physical ability to do light hiking and participate in an all levels yoga class.

- Forest Bathing and Grounding Hike: Forest Bathing is a guided meditation walk through nature. It originated in Japan in the early 1980's, and has been proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, increase energy, and improve sleep. The goal is to slow down and become immersed in the natural environment by engaging all senses: smell, touch, taste, and sight. To further immerse in the experience, an element of grounding is incorporated by encouraging campers to walk barefoot for a portion (not all) of the guided meditation walk. Grounding is the process of connecting with the earth below (both literally and figuratively), and the very essence of Mother Nature in her true form. 10:00am-11:30am
LUNCH AT THE FARMHOUSE: Tips for Mindful Eating 12:00pm-1:00pm
- Goat Yoga: Goat yoga is yoga practiced amongst sweet Nigerian Dwarf goats. Every class is a new experience, as the goats tend to be the stars of the show. Goats are considered to be one of the best emotional support animals, and we promise you will leave this class feeling a little more light-hearted, calm, and joyful. 1:00pm-2:30pm
- Hike to Waterfall, yoga flow at the waterfall + Bamboo juice tasting 9:30am-11:30am

- Guided Meditation Walk and Dream Catcher Making. (On the Meditation walk we will gather items from nature to make our own dream catchers) 1:00pm-2:30pm
